2026 Fees

Christ Church Gladesville Preschool is pleased to announce that families who nominate Christ Church Gladesville Preschool to receive the Fee Relief Payment for 2026 funded by the NSW Department of Education will receive $3,565 off their 2026 year fees, paid in 4 instalments of $891.25

Christ Church Gladesville Preschool daily fee for children turning 4 on or before 31/7/2026 is $80 per day (without the Fee Relief Funding applied). There are four Preschool Terms per year of typically 10 weeks each.

There is an Annual Contribution Levy of $400 charged in Term 1 Invoice which includes hat, wet bag, portfolio, incursions, equipment and maintenance.

3 year old, Low Income and Disability Fees are available. Please contact the office for further information on requirements.

How often do I need to pay my fees?

You can decide if you would like to pay by once or twice a term. All fees are paid in advance. 

How will I know when my fees are due?

You will be emailed a fee reminder notice. This will state the balance owing for the term.

How will I know if I have paid my fees?

A receipt will be emailed to you.

Do I have to pay fees if my child is sick or on holidays during the term?

Yes.

Do I have to pay for public holidays that OCCUR during term time?

Yes.

Do I have to pay Fees during school holidays?

No.

What happens if I am late paying my fees?

A late fee of $50 will apply if fee payments are overdue by more than 10 working days. If you are having any difficulties paying fees, please approach the Director or Office Administrator so we can assist you.

Do I get my holding fee back?

Your holding fee (paid prior to commencement) is held as a bond. It is credited to your child's account when they leave preschool (with 20 business days written notice - term time and not including public holidays, not applicable in Term Four) or when transitioning to school.

What happens if I choose to withdraw my child during the year?

If you choose to withdraw your child from preschool during the year, you must give the preschool 20 business days (term time and not including public holidays) written notice. If you withdraw in Term Four you will be required to pay the remainder of the term's fees as we are unable to fill the place.
